| We are excited to host our retreat this year in Grand Rapids, MI. We were impressed with the variety of things to do there and the fact that most activities (museums, zoo, gardens, etc) are under $10! Awesome! | |||||

Johnson, President, Marriage Boost Wayne Johnson worked as a bi-vocational Children's Pastor at Warren Woods Church of the Nazarene under Rev. James Mellish for more than 10 years. He was also an elementary school teacher for 12 years and earned a Masters degree in Curriculum and an Ed. Specialist degree in School Administration. Eight years ago he became an elementary school principal at Kaiser Elementary School in Roseville, MI. In 1997 Wayne felt a burden for marriages and families. The Lord laid the "Marriage Boost" ministry on his heart. He and his wife, Deanna began with annual retreats. In 2001, Marriage Boost became an official non-profit company. Since then Wayne has taught many marriage and family classes, mentor groups, etc. He is certified in Prepare-Enrich inventories, is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is currently working on a degree in Biblical Counseling. |
